I offer both in person and virtual therapy sessions for individuals aged 16 and up. Individual therapy is most helpful if you are addressing trauma, mental health symptoms such as anxiety or depression, or are interested in self-exploration.
I have advanced training in treating trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Learn more about EMDR here: https://www.emdria.org/about-emdr-therapy/
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes for $195.

Therapy for couples can help if you are experiencing any difficulty that negatively impacts your relationship. This may be problems with communication, infidelity, addiction, infertility, or other traumatic events.
Therapy for couples can also help if you have a close, loving relationship without any significant challenges and would like to enhance healthy relationship skills or deepen your understanding of yourselves within the relationship.
Couples therapy sessions are 50 minutes at $195
-
Therapy for families can help with parenting, boundaries, communication, or many other topics. I have worked with parents with young children, parents with teens, parents with adult children, and multigenerational families.

I believe that, due to my particular experience, I am uniquely qualified to provide therapy to other therapists.
I have been a licensed therapist since 2006 and a clinical supervisor since 2008. I co-founded and run a non-profit counseling agency where I have supervised, mentored, and supported over a hundred budding therapists.
I also taught a variety of courses at Brandman University (now University of Massachusetts Global).
I have been in personal psychotherapy since 2000, and have also engaged in somatic experiencing work personally.
I have provided therapy to many therapists over the years, and find that my focus on attachment and self-of-the-therapist are well suited to this kind of work.

I have been a CAMFT Certified Supervisor since 2012 and provide the required consultation for therapists earning this certification. This consultation is $150 per session.
I am certified in EMDR and am an EMDR Consultant-In -Training. I provide both individual and group consultation. Fees for EMDR consultation are based on experience level of the clinician and the setting (individual vs group).
I currently accept Aetna and Optum, including plans under the umbrella of Optum such as UnitedHealthcare. I also accept some EAP insurances.
I am warm, engaged, and attentive. My sense of humor and authenticity make others feel welcomed and comfortable.
Experience has taught me that therapy is something that happens in the space between the client(s) and myself, that I actively contribute to, and that I must allow to unfold at its own pace.
I work collaboratively with my clients to determine our focus and frequently invite feedback on the process as well as client’s experience of me.
